This project included the complete reconstruction of the two-lane rural cross-section street. The project included full urbanization of the street with improved and widened sidewalks, cycling lanes and a turning lane to improve traffic operations. Streetlighting and drainage were also improved including an innovative underground storage tank to clean runoff generated from the street. This project was based off recommendations of a previous TMP. Implementation was timed to address asset renewal needs to maximize cost efficiency.
