This project examined and confirmed long-range corridor protection needs to integrate with future high density land uses designated for this corridor. The corridor is being protected to allow for future high-quality boulevards that include landscape plantings, cycle tracks and wide sidewalks with a significant buffer from live traffic. This project is based off of recommendations contained in the City's 2019 TMP.
