Road right-sizing repurposes underutilized road space to create room for cycling lanes. This approach improves transportation equity and allows implementation of cycling lanes in a cost-effective manner as no physical construction is required. The City has implemented many road right-sizing projects expanding the City's cycling network following recommendations contained in the City's current TMP.
