As a result, I committed to taking a 30 minute walk everyday at lunch. I would walk to my local Circle K and back. 30 Day Challenge

by fatimauddin, almost 3 years ago
I initially started walking daily with my daughter about two months ago just to stretch our legs. We started with half hour walks and now we are up to 1 1/2 hours. We are enjoying the fresh air and spring weather and have had the opportunity to have some great conversation and bond.

This is a great challenge to not only keep us physically active but to enjoy the beautiful Barrie parks and trails!

My goal is to be active for at least 30 minutes each day. Day 1 i did 2 walks; one 35 minute walk and 1 80 minute walk for a total of 6.88 klm s.

We will see what tomorrow brings but I have 27 holes of golf planned and a usual 45 minute walk with a friend....stay tuned.
