My 30 day challenge

My goal is to be active for at least 30 minutes each day. Day 1 i did 2 walks; one 35 minute walk and 1 80 minute walk for a total of 6.88 klm s.

We will see what tomorrow brings but I have 27 holes of golf planned and a usual 45 minute walk with a friend....stay tuned.

I haven’t been very good about posting the last few days but I have been active. This morning I took my car in for service and ran figment from the dealership. BMW on Essa Road to Cundles; 8 klm but with the humidity it felt a lot further 😅

I did my 10 klm run and a couple of puppy walks; so far I have 18,273 steps. 😀

I accomplished all the activity I wanted to which ended up being 21,005 steps in total.  Today I will do a 10 klm run

Well day 2 and I did lots of walking today; so far I have 21,005 steps for today so very happy about the day.
