The Library’s Community Reading Champions share their passion for reading with their favourite books that will capture the attention and spark the imagination of children of all ages.

The MacLaren presents a special Canada Day themed Family Sunday Online! Learn and create together at home, following along with simple instructions, examples designed by regional practicing artists, and completed with materials you can find at home! Ideal for children ages 3-8 years.

Canada is such a beautiful place to live. Our amazing communities are full of some of the kindest people on the planet. My favorite thing about living in Canada is having access to so many lakes and nature trails.
